These terms and conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the aforementioned company, hereinafter referred to as "seller" or "PLATYNE", and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Internet site, hereinafter referred to as "buyer".

PURPOSE
These terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site www.PLATYNE.com, whether the buyer is a professional or a private individual.

The acquisition of an item through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific terms and conditions not expressly approved by the seller.

PLATYNE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the buyer's order.

PROPERTY
The texts and photographs presented on the site are reserved under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without the formal agreement of PLATYNE.

Any establishment of hypertext links to the site without the express authorization of the legal representative of the company is formally prohibited.

AVAILABILITY
PLATYNE strives to communicate the most accurate availability information possible; delivery times displayed on products being restocked are subject to change without notice and essentially depend on information gathered from suppliers. The availability displayed on the site is given for informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual commitment in any way.

PRICES
The prices of the Products sold on the website are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in preparation and shipping costs.

Only the prices of items listed in the catalog at the time of the order will be applicable to the buyer. These prices do not include order processing, transport, and delivery costs. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the products ordered.

The promotional prices displayed on the website, communicated in the press, offered by email to Newsletter subscribers, or published by various partners, are valid for the indicated period. Some promotional prices may be subject to promotional codes. These promotional codes are not cumulative and are not refundable. For the buyer to benefit from them, they must be entered in the reserved field during order validation.

ORDERS
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product must:

  • fill in all the requested contact details;
  • confirm their order after checking it;
  • make payment under the conditions provided;

Confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, recognition of having perfect knowledge of them, and waiver of the right to invoke one's own terms of purchase or other conditions. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation will be considered as a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out. The seller will send confirmation of the recorded order by email.

For security reasons and to protect our customers from potential credit card fraud, all orders are subject to verification. Additional information may be requested from the buyer to validate their purchase.

DELIVERY
A shipping date is indicated before order confirmation. This takes into account the availability and/or ongoing restocking of the product. Depending on the chosen carrier, a delivery time is communicated to the buyer. A delay in the delivery date of 14 days not due to force majeure allows the buyer to cancel their order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The order is considered canceled upon receipt of the letter by PLATYNE. The buyer exercises this right for 60 days from the expected delivery date. In this case, the refund of the order will be made within a maximum of 14 days.

Any partial delivery, requested by the buyer, of an order containing products unavailable on the agreed delivery date, incurs additional costs payable by the buyer.

In the event of loss or non-receipt of the package, the buyer, with their tracking number received by email, must report the non-receipt of their order to the carrier and inform PLATYNE. An investigation is conducted with the carrier and may take several days. During this period, no refund or re-shipment can be made. After confirmation of the loss of the package by the carrier, the buyer will benefit from the refund of their purchase or the re-shipment of their order.

In case of damage during transport, it is up to the buyer to file a claim with the carrier and return the item to us. PLATYNE initiates a claim with the carrier and refunds the buyer within 14 days, if the buyer's claim is properly registered with the carrier.

PRE-ORDER
A pre-order consists of ordering an item that is not yet available but whose release is imminent (less than two months). Your order will only be shipped once all products are available. If you wish to receive immediately available products faster, you will need to place two separate orders. Your payment is collected as soon as the pre-order is placed on our website. Your pre-order can be canceled within the first 14 days after your pre-order and you will be fully refunded for the order cancellation. Beyond 14 days, a credit note will be issued if you no longer wish to pre-order the item. A "pre-order" is a priority reservation for a product that allows you to be delivered first as soon as it becomes available.

PAYMENT
To pay for their order, the buyer has the choice of all payment methods indicated after validating the cart. The buyer guarantees the seller that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen by them, during the validation of the order form.

The section dedicated to online payment on the website is subject to a security system (SSL encryption). Bank cards are debited on the day of order preparation and not upon validation of the order by the buyer. In case of refusal of transaction by payment centers, the seller reserves the right to suspend the corresponding orders; the buyer will be notified by email or phone and must contact their bank to unblock the transaction.

RECEIPT AND RETURN - WITHDRAWAL
For any distance purchase (mail order), the buyer has a period of fourteen clear days from the date the distance contract is concluded to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return costs (Art. L 221-18 of the Consumer Code). To exercise this right, the buyer must inform LODJ SAS of their decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g., letter sent by post, fax, or email).

The product must be returned in protected packaging so that it does not suffer any damage and remains marketable (return costs and risks are the responsibility of the buyer). If this is not the case, PLATYNE reserves the right to refuse to process these products. No refund or credit can be made if the product packaging has been opened. If you wish, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Outside period

In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to article L.612.2 of the Consumer Code, has the option of submitting a request for amicable resolution through mediation, within a period of less than one year from their written complaint to the professional.
